Terms of Service

1. Digital products

ARGO Shop sells downloadable digital kits, templates, source files, workflow exports, and documentation. Products are delivered electronically after successful Stripe payment.

2. Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by Stripe. After payment confirmation, the site generates a private signed download link for the product and tier purchased.

3. Buyer responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing the files, configuring third-party accounts, protecting secrets/API keys, and testing any deployment before using it in production or with clients.

4. No professional advice

Templates related to GDPR, contracts, onboarding, or operations are practical starting points only. They are not legal, accounting, security, or compliance advice.

5. Support scope

Support covers delivery problems, missing files, and reasonable setup clarification. Custom implementation, client work, hosting costs, and third-party service configuration are not included unless agreed separately.
