Instant digital delivery

ARGO products are delivered as private digital downloads immediately after successful payment. Because buyers receive access to copyable files, refunds are limited after download.

Eligible refund cases

  • The payment completed but the download link was not generated.
  • The delivered ZIP for your purchased tier is missing or corrupted.
  • The product page materially misrepresented what was included.

How to request help

Email support@argo-shop.com within 7 days of purchase with your order email, product tier, and description of the issue. ARGO will first try to fix delivery or provide the missing files. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds are generally not available for change of mind after successful download, lack of third-party accounts, custom implementation difficulty, or failure to read product requirements.
